Custom Cakes/Cupcakes

• ALL: flour (non-GMO), butter (hormone-free, non-GMO), sugar, eggs, milk, cream, natual flavorings, pure vanilla extract, salt
  FONDANT: Pure cane sugar syrup, powdered sugar, pure vanilla extract (zero corn syrup)

Custom cakes and cupcakes must be ordered via email (info@mamadonnasbakery.com) or phone (610-457-1644).

Please provide as much information, photos, or samples as you can to ensure your cake or cupcakes are designed to your satisfaction.

All designs MUST be approved and signed off by the customer PRIOR to production.

2-Layer Cakes: 6", 9", 10" round start at $5.25 per serving.

3-Layer Cakes: 6", 9", 10" round start at $6.50 per serving.

Sheet Cakes: 1/4, 1/2, Full sheet start at $3.00 per serving.

Cupcakes: Minimum order = 1 dozen; start at $42.00

Additional Costs:

• Pricing includes simple decorations, including edible prints.
• Complex decorating is billed separately at $25.00 per hour.
• All costs are discussed, approved, and signed off by the customer PRIOR to production. 

Liquor Cabinet Flavors = add $3.50 to the total.

 

Shipping is not recommended for full-size and tiered cakes, as we cannot guarantee these products will arrive undamaged.

However, shipping is available if needed. Please note:

Full-Size Cake Packaging: 

• Special insulated boxes are required for shipping perishable and fragile foods. Adds $7.50 to total cost.
• Cakes must be frozen before packaging, which may affect quality.

Shipping Times: Overnight express shipping is required. Rates are determined by the carrier based on the delivery address and final package weight. 

DEPOSITS: Everything at Mama Donna's is baked to order. To ensure all materials are available, a 50% deposit is required for all orders of $100 or more.

REFUNDS/RETURNS: Perishable goods cannot be returned or refunded. If there is an issue with a cake/cupcakes, we will make every effort to correct the issue. If an issue cannot be resolved, Mama Donna's will offer store credit equal to the amount of the order/product in question.
