- Champagne & Strawberries Mini Cake - Pale yellow cake infused with champagne, layered with White Chocolate Champagne buttercream and fresh strawberries, and topped with another luscious fresh strawberry.
- Triple Chocolate Blackberry Mini Cake - Rich, dark chocolate cake layered over white chocolate and milk chocolate cream fillings, a thin schmear of blackberry preserves, and topped with a dark chocolate ganache—all supported by a chocolate shortbread base.
